Position Overview
We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in roads and infrastructure projects for a leading construction company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct inspections of construction materials, processes, and site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
2. Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols throughout project phases.
3. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and test records.
4. Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective/preventive actions
5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on quality-related issues

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. 5+ years’ experience in QA/QC for roads & infrastructure.
3. Strong knowledge of materials testing, QA protocols, and international standards.
4. Proficient in inspection, reporting, and problem-solving with excellent attention to detail.
