Position Overview
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, generators, and equipment used in dewatering operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance at project sites.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement electrical systems for dewatering pumps, control panels, generators, and site installations.
2. Install, test, and commission electrical components for dewatering projects.
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of pumps, motors, generators, panels, and cabling.
4. Troubleshoot electrical faults on-site to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
5. Carry out routine inspection, load testing, fuel management, and servicing of generators.
6. Ensure all electrical and generator works comply with safety standards and regulations (NEC/IEC/local codes).
7. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
8. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance to achieve project dewatering targets.
9. Support site teams during mobilization, operation, and demobilization of dewatering systems.
10. Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and equipment documentation.
11. Coordinate with suppliers for electrical and generator materials, spare parts, and equipment procurement.
12. Train and guide technicians/electricians on safe electrical and generator practices.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Degree in Electrical Engineeringor related.
2. 5+ years’ experience in electricaldesign, installation, and maintenance in construction, dewatering, or industrial projects.
3. Expertise in generator systems including load testing, fuel management, and maintenance.
