Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual operations of construction projects. You will manage budgets, contracts, procurement, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement commercial strategies for construction projects.
2. Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement processes with clients and subcontractors.
3. Monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure financial compliance.
4. Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
6. Negotiate variation orders, claims, and commercial agreements.
7. Prepare and present financial reports and project analysis to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in construction.
3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC/NEC), budgeting, and project finance.
4. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and project/commercial management software.
